General Warranty Statement
Navimow product warranty is there to protect the consumer against unknown defects in material or workmanship. Essentially that the product was assembled correctly with components meeting our design criteria.
From time-to-time issues can and do arise where the product may have a premature component failure because of assembly errors, design, or an individual componential function. Navimow seeks to provide a warranty that protects the customer from defects but also protects the manufacturer from normal use conditions that cause failure. During normal use the components will be subject to weather, dirt and physical damage that will reduce the life of these components. The effects of sunlight, dirt, sand, water, oil, gasoline, fertilizer, vibration, rough terrain, impacts, transportation, improper maintenance, or adjustments are not considered warrantable. An authorized Navimow Distributor or Dealer upon product and/or component inspection will submit claim for approval.
Navimow retains the right to accept and approve or reject warranty submittals. Navimow also retains the right to review a component prior to warranty approval or rejection. Navimow will reimburse the freight cost for any part returned by their request regardless of the warranty outcome. The overall life of the product and individual components. These effects should be considered when making any warranty decisions. Good judgment and experience are essential to making correct decisions.
Navimow Limited Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty covers only defects of any material or quality of the Product and components when the Product and components thereof are used under normal and ordinary conditions. If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Navimow and/or other Navimow Parties in its sole discretion will repair or replace the defective product or components thereof in accordance with this Limited Warranty. The applicable Limited Warranty Period commences on the date of the original purchase or the activation date of the Product, whichever is later, from Navimow or an authorized Navimow dealer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.

Limited Warranty Eligibility
- Service requests must be made within the applicable Limited Warranty Period.
- The Product must be purchased from Navimow or an authorized Navimow dealer.
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- The serial number must be intact and legible.
- All tamper-resistant seals must be intact.
Limited Warranty Exclusions
- Abuse, misuse, negligence, or commercial use.
- Improper charging, storage, maintenance, or operation.
- Use in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Liability Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navimow shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
- Claims, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Limited Warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws and arbitration rules. - Severability
If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
